The 'Human Growth Laboratory' (HGL) a student's initiative, aims at studying various behavioral interactions and patterns at personal and organizational level in order to use them as a tool to accelerate and monitor growth. In addition, HGL also involves itself in experiments, exhibitions, and R&D activities. A Model Making Competition, Aakruti - focusing on Operations Excellence - which was recently organized by the HGL, proved to be a great success. The sincere efforts and original ideas put forward by the students were highly appreciated by the delegates, who visited the campus during the XI Annual International Conference of SOM held on 21-23 December, 2007. HGL is organizing an exhibition "Paryavaran" in harmony with Drishti'08. Paryavaran symbolizes the growing environmental concern amongst the corporate and aims to showcase their initiatives and commitment to protect mother earth. The models/exhibits will be in the fields of . Solid Waste Management . Green House Gases Control . Effluent Treatment . Water Harvesting, etc. Let's make this world a greener place to live in.
