Certification Program in Management
Corporate Training Programs are formulated through the process of identification and consultation so that our delivery gives you the desired impact. This MDP cover 10 comprehensive modules covering functional and behavioral areas including Operations, Marketing, behavior strategies and motivation, Finance and IT to foster development of current and competitive business perspectives and its futuristic practice. Programs on for supervisory level and middle management are also available. Typically such programs are delivered over longer duration of 8-10 weeks of classroom inputs spread over a gross period of 6 to 12 months depending upon the schedules and convenience of the client.
